January 12, 2010 a 7.0 earthquake shook the tiny island of Haiti. Approximately 3 million people were affected by the quake and over 200,000 were killed and the number of severely injured climbed into the thousands.
Since then, NECC has returned to Jacmel and helped to rebuild schools, churches, homes, supported medical clinics, donated to the feeding program, and sponsored children.
